The Bullet is a two door, rear-wheel drive, mid-engined supercar. In my opinion it is by far the best car in the game: it's fast, it is easy to drive, it looks good, and it is dang near indestructible.
One spawns near the driving school in San Fierro if you get silver medals in all the challenges, but there is also one hiding between some buildings just a little south of there.
