The Freeway is a cruiser motorcycle. It's a pleasant way to tour San Andreas if you aren't in a hurry.
One spawns in Hashbury for a courier mission. One will also sometimes spawn in front of the motorcycle school in Las Venturas if you have gotten bronze medals.
