The NRG-500 is a very fast racing motorcycle. I find the turning radius to be a bit wanting.
One sometimes spawns in front of the motorcycle school in Las Venturas once you have gotten all gold medals. You can also find one in the Easter Basin docks for the NRG-500 challenge.
