The Rhino is a military tank. The camera controls allow you to aim the cannon in any direction independent of the way the treads are facing. Firing the cannon causes a lot of recoil -- it can be fun to shoot the canon behind you to accelerate.
I believe all the axles are powered.
Like the Monsters, it doesn't have a hand-brake. Instead holding the button allows you to rotate the body of the tank in place.
You can steal one from Area 69, or get 100% and one will spawn under the bridge near CJ's house.
