The Tampa is a clapped-out, two door, rear wheel drive muscle car, not unlike the Clover. I like the look of it, but it isn't as fun to drive. The crooked license plate bothers me.
One spawns at the used car dealership in northeast Los Santos. They can also be seen near the gas station in Easter Basin in San Fierro.
