Voodoo

The Voodoo is a big, two door, rear wheel drive low rider. I like the fins, but the Voodoo seems sorta underpowered, and has limited customization options.

Virgo

The Virgo is a huge, boxy two door, rear-wheel drive sedan. They look sweet as hell but sadly they drive poorly.  I consider them honorary low-riders.

Tornado

The Tornado is a big, classic, two door, rear wheel drive low rider. I really like the way it looks. It shares features with the Cabby and Glendale.  Unfortunately it has limited upgrade options.

The Tornado is found in Vagos controlled areas of Los Santos.

Tahoma

The Tahoma is a big, boxy four door, rear wheel drive sedan. It's a low rider apparently but really shouldn't be. I do like them though.

The Tahoma has similarities with the Las Venturas Police car.

I mostly see them around Los Santos.

Slamvan

The Slamvan is a two door, rear-wheel drive low-rider pick-up. It looks cool but I don't like how it drives.

I mostly see them around Las Venturas, but they can show up in downtown Los Santos too.

Savanna

The Savanna is a huge four door, rear-wheel drive convertible and low-rider. It is a land yacht or lead sled. One spawns just a house over from Loco Low Co, and another spawns at the car dealership in San Fierro.

It looks like a huge Blade, but it has a chrome stripe on the side.

Remington

The Remington is a huge two door, rear wheel drive low-rider. It is ridiculously long and low and has crazy fins too. I love it.

The Remington is uncommon. Sometimes you'll see them around Ganton. Sometimes I'll see a bunch while driving a Rancher along the Los Santos/Las Venturas highway too.

Hotknife

The Hotknife is a classic two door, rear-wheel drive hotrod. It looks sort of like it was based off of the Hustler. It's fun to watch the suspension work.

The Hotknife hardly ever spawns naturally, but it will spawn in front of the driving school in San Fierro if you get all the gold medals.

Esperanto

The Esperanto is a large, two door, rear-wheel drive sedan. I consider it an honorary low-rider along with the Buccaneer. It isn't quite as fun to drive as it looks, but it is still pretty fun to throw it around corners.

More info:

Buccaneer

The Buccaneer is a large, two-door, rear-wheel drive sedan. I think it should be a low-rider, but it is not. Unfortunately they are not as fun to drive as they look.

I usually find them at or near the gas station close to the water in eastern San Fierro.

Broadway

The Broadway is a classic large, two-door convertible and low-rider. It is needed for the pimping missions.

One spawns behind a gas station/car wash in Idlewood. They can also be found on the Strip in Los Venturas.

Blade

The Blade is a large, two door, rear-wheel drive convertible. It is one of my favorite low-riders.

It looks pretty similar to the bigger, four-door Savanna at a glance. The Savanna has a chrome stripe on the side that may help distinguish them.
