Tanker
The Tanker is a tractor unit with sleeper cab, similar to the Linerunner. The engine power the two rear axles.
The Linerunner looks pretty similar to the Tanker to me, but it is shorter, has a taller sleeper, and a chrome trim piece around the back of the sleeper cab.

Roadtrain
The Roadtrain is a tractor unit. The rear two axles are powered. The bullbars on the front are very distinctive.
One spawns at the Angel Pine Sawmill in Whetstone, south of Mount Chiliad. They can also be found in the Fort Carson area.

Packer
The Packer is a car-carrier. The engine drives the rear two axles.
You can adjust the angle of the upper ramp to try to carry multiple cars, or you can use it as a portable jump!

The Forklift is a forklift. It is front-wheel drive and rear-wheel steer. This (and its high center of gravity) make it hard for me to steer.
You can adjust the height of the forks.
One spawns at Ocean Docks in south east Los Santos.

The Flatbed is very similar to the military Barracks.

Boxville
The Boxville is a large rear-wheel drive delivery van. There are two minor variants: the standard two tone versions you find naturally, and the all-black versions you use for the burglary missions. There is one of these in each of the three big cities.
