Stratum
The Stratrum is a four door, rear wheel drive, tuner station wagon. It is very similar to the Solair, but the Solair has straight C pillars and a single exhaust.
Romero
The Romero is a two-door, rear-wheel drive hearse. It is based off of the (front-wheel drive) Regina.
The Romero spawns at the Fort Carson Medical Center, and at the huge church on the southwest corner of Las Venturas. Katie Zhan has a white Romero, with license plate "TRAUMA" in northwest San Fierro as well, but you need to date her to 50% or use a tow truck.
There are two variants of the Romero: one with a casket and one without.

Regina
The Regina is a four door, front-wheel drive station wagon. It is not good.
The Regina is the basis for the Romero, which is a hearse. Interestingly the Romero is rear-wheel drive.
The Regina is uncommon but generally found in poorer or rural areas.

Perennial
The Perennial is a four door, front-wheel drive station wagon. They are pretty terrible.
One spawns at the used car place in northeast Los Santos, or wherever crummy cars spawn.
