Sandking
The Sandking is a two door, four-wheel drive racing SUV. It's cool. It does have oddly dark textures.
It is located under the Big Ear, the huge satellite dish.
Ranger
The Ranger is a modified Rancher for police use. It is a two door, four-wheel drive SUV. It actually seems like a pickup with a cover. Oddly there is a solid panel behind the front seats.
As an emergency vehicle you can turn the lights and sirens on and off by tapping the horn quickly.

Rancher

Patriot
The Patriot is a large two door, four-wheel drive military SUV.
You can import them on Wednesdays once you've done the Import/Export missions, but I generally steal them from Area 69 and flee to the airport hanger. I find it much harder to survive the escape from the Easter Basin Naval Station.

Monster
The Monster are a family of monster trucks: huge two door, four wheel drive monstrosities. I tend to think of them as pick-ups rather than SUVs. Instead of a handbrake they have 4-wheel steering for a tighter turning radius.
As fun as it is to run over other cars in them, this tends to catapult them up in the air leading to roll-overs.
There are three main types:
1) A plain version found just across the bridge from west Los Santos.
2) A red, white, and blue version with a spoiler owned by Michelle Cannes in San Fierro. You need to date her to 50% or use a tow truck. There are 2 variants of this: with or without lights.
3) A red, white, blue with yellow/black checkers version. This is found near the stadium in Los Santos after beating the hotring challenge. There are 4 variants of this one: lights on a roll bar, lights on the roof, spoiler, or nada.

Mesa
The Mesa is a small two door, four wheel drive SUV. I like 'em.
They are however rare. You can seem near the beach in south west Los Santos and near the peak of Missionary Hill, but I think it has to be sunny for them to spawn. Driving a Glendale seems to help.
There are three variants: one with a soft top, one with no top and a roll bar, and one with nothing.

The Landstalker is a small four-door, four wheel drive SUV. I don't like them.

The Huntley is a large, four-wheel drive, four door SUV. I don't like them.
I mostly see them in San Fierro and Las Venturas.

FBI Rancher
The FBI Rancher is a 4-door, four-wheel drive SUV used by law enforcement. It is basically a black Rancher or Ranger with an extra set of doors. Like the Rancher and Ranger, there is a solid wall behind the front seats!
It seems odd that it isn't called an FBI Ranger.
As an emergency vehicle, it has lights and a siren you can turn on and off by quickly tapping the horn.
The FBI Rancher will start to show up at the 5-star wanted level.
