The Cabbie is a classic, large, four door, rear wheel drive taxicab. You can do the taxi challenge in the Cabbie, but the Taxi is probably a better option. If you complete the taxi mission the Cabbie will have a fun little hop instead of a horn and nitrous.
The Cabbie can pretty much be found everywhere.
