The caddy is a small golf cart with two seats. Interestingly it is four-wheel drive, but it isn't great offroad because of the low power and low ground clearance.
The caddy spawns at the golf course in southern San Fierro, and also at the movie production lot in Los Santos.
The caddy has two spaces in the back that can be empty, or have a small bag, or have a set of golf clubs. If you have taken combinatorics you will realize this means that there are 9 minor variants of the caddy. Interestingly the color seems to be related to the contents of the caddy?
